Equipment Rebalance: Ranged Meta

In recent months, we've discussed the need to adjust the balancing of ranged weapons in Old School RuneScape, and we've pitched numerous ideas for how to do it.
Much of the discussion involved how we should fill the gaps created by the rebalancing changes. We'd like to offer these proposals in this poll, and we'll use the voting trends here to inform how we might handle similar scenarios in the future.
